Summary: It was amazing, really, what murder had done for my
marriage...
Amory agrees to help lay a trap to catch the culprit at a lavish masked ball. But when one of the illustrious party guests is murdered, she is pulled back into the world of detection, caught up in both a mystery and a set of romantic entanglements where nothing is as it seems. Death Wears a Mask is the second book in Ashley Weaver's witty and stylish Amory and Milo Ames mystery series.
Angie’s comments: As always, I began reading in the middle of the
series. I didn’t read the first in the Amory and Milo Ames mystery series, but
I didn’t need to in order to enjoy the second book. It is an enjoyable
historical cozy mystery.
Recommended for readers of historical cozy
mysteries.
